I live in LA, my personal experience is that roughly half are alright, 30 percent are a bit annoying and the remaining 20 are pretty shitty people. Which is higher than any other race. The only race I have ever had issues with, are blacks, from being loud, rude, obnoxious to confrontational over petty stuff and territorial.
