1200 calories is exactly 2/3 cup uncooked rice, 1 pound of chicken breast, 1/3 cup seaweed, 1/3 cup mushrooms (general).
Learn to cook food, it becomes easier.
4kcal per gram of protein and carbs, 9kcal per gram of fat. 1200 kcal is probbaly 4 Italian sausages

Cook larger meals, split them, round.
I eat 2800 calories on a cut.
That comes up to 2/3 rice x2, 2 pound chicken breast, 4 eggs, 2 scoops protein shake (no carb, just water).
I'm telling you it gets easier if you cook every single day.
If you need to make larger meals, do so.
Keep a portion for the next day for breakfast or lunch so you hit your macros the day before.
The second day you'll only have to worry about making one meal.

user...you realise that after surgery you need to adhere to a permanent lifestyle change. The 50 lbs is the make sure you start changing your life in that direction. If you can't do that even temporarily, you will undo the surgery by overeating.
