It was good for the time. Brosnan will always be know for being the "video game" Bond. World is Not Enough had a Tomb Raider reference. But I remember quickly moving on to other games similar to Bond like Splinter Cell, CS and Hitman. This song was for Blood Money, practically Bond:

Yes, I do not understand why the ones that followed were so bad. Casino Royale was supposed to be the starting point standard. Although, the next two were not so bad I guess... but Spectre... OMG I cried, why it had to be so poor... even the action was mediocre.
Only good scene part was when Bond finally controled the helicopter in that composed demeanor of his, and pulled up. Everything else was just poor.
