Good to know they're all still alive

Love Argento to death but the man has made so much garbage in the last 25 years and only a couple of good movies that this news doesnt really excite me.

Argento hasn't made a good film since the mid 80s

I would be more excited if Argento's output for the past 35 years wasn't complete garbage.

give them another animation project.

Is it another Tron movie?

I lost almost all of my "respect" for Daft Punk when I heard all of their samples.

Argento has never made a good movie. Fulci is superior in every way.

>Not Carpenter Brut

>there was no Alive 2017

lol

This is pretty fucking bizarre but I'm hyped

Fulci is great but a total dollar menu item compared to Argento you fucking poof.

rockrobot rock

This.

Argento's movies are nonsensical trash while he only made the same shit. Fulci was more versatile and worked in every genre. You'd know this if you weren't plebs.

Daft Punk is the most Reddit music group

Honestly I had no idea Argento is still alive.

My name is Dario Argento but everybody calls me Argento.

He worked well within the confines of the shlock horror heyday but that level of camp doesn't translate well to the modern day of digital cinematography etc...

Now it just looks cheap and amateurish instead of charming.

this is sad and good at the same time. dario has put out garbage for decades now but hearing something new from daft punk is good. i highly doubt this will be good oh well

It'd be better if they rescored his and Fulci's older films.

>hey user do you know a horror movie we can watch
>well I've heard this supiria film is really good, it's rated 7.5 on imdb
>wow great let's see it
>literally laugh out loud bad, never trust imdb scores again

why do people venerate this hack?

basically he has an eye for cinematography and the soundtrack so it elevates it from the usual shlock

the plots are barebone and the acting is amateur-level

Tron Legacy had a dope soundtrack.

>there will never be another daft punk concert
movies about coping with hard but inevitable truths bros ?

would prefer Goblin, but whatever

he should have stopped with Opera

I'd imagine he has some money behind the film since he's getting Daft Punk so it wont LOOK like shit.

Is Goblin still around? and is there a "Modern" band similar to Goblin
