rutracker is fine, the only bullshit thing about it is they always embed a bunch of shitty amateur russian voiceovers into the file because russians are apparently retards who can't read
They require a registration now. That's why i wrote fuck rutracker
>rutracker.org
many thanks
Elliott Gould is the coolest mother fucker..
God i hate the word overrated so fucking much. Just a boring nothing critique.
I watched Clean (2004) and Irma Vep yesterday. Both really good. Anyone else seen them?
Nolan. Some of his films have cool ideas but that comes from the script. I find the directing itself to be lackluster.
>most overrated director
Godard
Elliott Gould is fucking jew. What do you think of him now Mr.Kike lover?
C'mon man, you should have known this already. Only jews get that lame ass curly hair.
Still not as bad a word as 'pretentious'.
Elliot Gould's Marlowe is probably my favorite cinematic American performance of all time. There's something about this guy, his personality is just like water. I've made it a mission in life to be as Zen as Marlowe is.
Irma Vep was great and Nathalie Richard did a fantastic role.
The piece with the tv interviewer was so kino
Godard fucking sucks
you could say overrated is a very pretentious word, and that pretentious is a very overrated word
What what word would you prefer used for the next time?
You can't tell me there aren't acclaimed directors who are not as great as people say.
Malick, even though he made 3 absolutely incredible films. He's gotten away with such shit though and everyone eats it up
I'll just say Aranofsky. That dude is such a hack.
Noe too, although he's so conceited that he's based and at least he tries hard. He also made the GOAT title sequence so I give him a pass.
Ridley Scott made like 3 great movies and everything else is complete trash, so him too.
Coppola made the Conversation so there's no way he could be overrated
Not him, but the Conversation was the only film of his that interested me.
What happens with tv interviewer
I agree it's used incorrectly pretty much constantly, but there's plenty of pretentious garbage out there that's fully deserving of the label.
Just say acclaimed directors that you don't like.
Your prose is weird af.
This scene is so fucking genius. The lead gang actor rules
it's an absolute masterpiece. Probably the most thoughtful/meaningful use of formal elements of filmmaking I can think of.
The bit where he's finally opening up to his gf and the same camera motion repeats 3 times back to back...might be my favorite moment in any movie ever
Plus the best film where the main character has no affect on the main plot beyond setting it in motion
yeah sorry i'm on speed
>some weird ass forum that needs registration
I dont trust this.
Excellent, have a terrible day
PTA
did that motherfucker just strike a match on Plexiglas smooth as hell
Is there a good reason for you to be taking speed, like you have to do it to get through work?
This film is just filled with memorable characters and great performances, Marty Augustine gets more likable and funnier with each viewing.
