I fucking hate Francis. he just constantly whines and complains. Hal should have gotten drunk and beat the living shit out of that little poof

>Gets fired from the ranch off screen that was totally out of character for Otto
This annoyed

Hated that shit

>hating the most based character in the show
kys fag

Otto was the best character in the whole fucking show. Wonder why they did that bullshit with the off screen firing

>is such a loser that he couldn't even get a white wife
>is such a manchild that he still can't get over how his mother treated him
>thinks he's an alcoholic despite never drinking

I think the actor got sick

Francis matures over the course of the show to take responsibility for his actions although I feel like he regresses again after the Ranch plot

RIP Ken Mars

The best Francis plot point was at the end (maybe even the last episode?) when he pretended to still be an unemployed bum so he could keep arguing with Lois, while secretly having an honest office job like Hal which they bonded over.

Apparently Kenneth Mars got sick and Francis's actor was dialing back his involvement, so they had to quickly write the ranch off the show. Regardless, it's not the first or last time that mainstay supporting cast of the show went back to their home planet and got memoryholed. It felt like by the end, the immediate family and a couple secondary characters like Stevie were all that was left in a sea of one-and-done bit characters and they were fabricating shit like Reese's lesbian army buddy out of thin air to drive episode plots. It really bugged me after the first three or four seasons were gold. The ratings had started to dip and Fox did their trademark timeslot shuffling, so I bet the budget got slashed.

Literally me. Except I didn't get a wife at all.

>Sundays at 9pm

Isn't that a bit late for a sitcom aimed at younger viewers (usually 9 o'clock shows onwards are aimed at adults)? About 7pm or so around dinnertime would've been more suitable.

This show was made by a literal Boomer

I noticed that to about the supporting cast, only Stevie, Franic's wife and Craig really ever stayed there. I swear Malcolm had like 7 teachers

It's me Mr. Based

The world will never decipher '90s/2000s network exec timeslot logic. I swear they did it at random and placed bets on which shows would suffer for it.

Where did Francis find this speed?

Piama was a top cutie though

Heh, I wonder how many people will get this joke.

This was probably the best cold opening
