Really good thriller. I loved it.
Big call but it is pretty good
thought was this 1917
pity. bad thread now
It is good, yes.
'Revenge begets revenge' has been a plot in fiction for literally thousands of years, I'm not saying the movie is bad, I think it's great, but why can't it just be a good little movie? It doesn't have to be the best anything
Death sentence
>Blue Ruin
>Green Room
then
>Hold The Dark
What the fuck happened here? Saulnier was on the cusp of making one of the best modern trilogies (yeah, I know Murder Party was his first flick but it's tonally very different)
Just re-watched this recently. Like it even more now. Some of the song choices are... bad though.
Based. Fuck all budget, had to go into debt to finish it and the director and main character are best bros irl. Pure last-grasp kino
Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance is better
>mfw he slices his hand open trying to slash the tires
AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH
That's not The Crow
Great movie. How is Green Room?
Do you have brain damage?
Green Room is quite based. Does Patrick Stuart play a bad guy in anything else?
I liked it, it shakes things up for what you'd expect might happen during the intense action scenes. Also the villain, played by Patrick Stewart is great.
Charlie's Angels (2019)
>trigger lock on revolver
>bashes it into a rock and breaks the gun
>could have popped with a screwdriver in 5 seconds

This one is better
Starts off great then goes full retard as all the villains suddenly drop 30 IQ points and allow the protagonists to win.
It's like they wrote themselves into a corner and were like "fuck, the odds are too stacked against our protags, lets just send most of the bad guys home for no reason and have the remainders act like retards."
The main character being a fuckup who doesn't know shit about guns specifically is a major plot point
Dead Mans Shoes
You just spoiled the fucking thing lol
not even close, but its a good film
>Death sentence
Death Wish is better.
I though so as well but to be honest I was somehow relieved it didn't go super gritty torture porn. It went silly, then in the end I wasn't sure if I had downloaded some workprint when certain scenes appeared to be looped (them sitting besides car, bad guy approaches, they shoot him). The ending gave me some sort of trippy vibe. Overall I liked movie very much and appreciate everything that those guys (director and the chubby actor) do
THIS YA FOKIN CUNT OP
for me, its Cape Fear
HOLY FUCK UNBELIEVABLY BASED
The ending was so cringe it soured the whole thing for me.
Based.
How about this one?
