Is that Richard Dean Anderson?

>I-

i want to say they didnt have to shoot him but appearantly they had trouble with him assaulting them for a while

True Detective Season 1

He was the local crazy and everyone in the neighborhood knew it. I just don't understand how he was allowed to be in public with his mental instability.

King of the Hill

His rapsheet was long as fuck. Only a matter of time really.

How come retarded people like murder so much

The hi point is such an amazing detail, whoever directed this scene really captured the essence of modern America

Who plays the wife in the inevitable biopic? She is the best and most nuanced character. Truly a Modern Lady MacBeth.

Is that Brian Wilson?

What is the name of this incident?

Showdown at Mattress Pass

Those men aren’t gonna shoot ya
>:(

Shootout at Trashcan Alley

In all seriousness, it's generally referred to as the "Abilene Trash Shooting" or something similar.

nuts like this exist everywhere, usually they're incredibly belligerent but not enough to get arrested, or they just pick up short jail sentences all the time but still spend some time out of jail. Still it's no excuse to shoot him
What was the situation again? Were the shirtless guys dumping illegally?

>Box said she and her husband moved to their Abilene home in April 2018, but they had never talked to the Millers until the morning of Sept. 1, 2018. The Millers were their next-door neighbors.
>“We had thrown out a twin mattress in a dumpster in our alley a few days before the shooting,” Box told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram in a September 2018 interview. “You have to have the mattress in the dumpster or they will not haul it away.”
>On the morning of Sept. 1, 2018, Box and Howard were in the backyard when they saw the mattress was on their property. Howard tossed it back in the dumpster.
>Box said that’s when John Miller came to the alley, pulled the mattress out of the dumpster and tossed it back on Howard’s property.
>Howard told Miller to put it back in the dumpster. Miller cursed at Howard and told him he wasn’t going to do that, Box said.
>“That’s when John (Miller) pulled a pistol out of his shorts,” she said. Box noted that Howard’s nieces and nephews had been with them in the backyard.
I never understood this, can someone explain it to me why the Millers were taking the mattress out of the dumpster? Because they thought the trash wouldn't be collected?
For reference, the Millers are the father and son, Box is the wife of the guy that gets shot

>Orange Psycho is newish in the neighborhood(maybe 1-2 months)
>Dumps mattress in public alley trashbin
>For some reason, papa redneck hates this. throws it back in his yard
>Orange Psycho confused to find mattress back on his lawn. Tosses it back in the dumpster
>Papa Redneck takes it out again and is throwing it back on the dude's lawn again
>Orange Psycho confronts him mid mattress removal
>Papa Redneck pulls a gun on Orange Psycho in his own yard
>Orange Psycho leaves briefly to put his kids inside, his wife grabs a camera, and they go to toss the mattress back in the trash in the alley
>Video starts

There you have it. Rednecks took out a psycho and will go to jail for murder themselves. Everyone wins.

Because they’re stupid. That’s literally the only explanation you need. Some people do dumb shit without explanation and won’t change their position on something because they’re stubborn.

they wont go to jail you dumb subhuman

Of course they will. It's illegal in the United States to kill people without clear self defense. Since the Millers were the aggressors and threatened first, did nothing to de-escalate the situation, and did not appear to fear for their lives, it's a pretty open and shut case of murder.

i'd still like to know the Rednecks' """reasoning""" for policing this public dumpster for free anyway?

>rednecks
>reasoning
lol

>Box
Woman is named after the only thing she's good for. Pottery.

>a dumpster
Interesting choice of words. I have never lived in a house where there was simply "a dumpster" for throwing away garbage. In an apartment complex, yes. But not a house. What are the odds mister orange was throwing his trash into his neighbor's dumpster? I can't imagine why else the rednecks would be throwing the mattress out of the dumpster.

(yes)

>What are the odds mister orange was throwing his trash into his neighbor's dumpster?
Zero. It's a public dumpster. They exist.

>Since the Millers were the aggressors

That's according to the wife's testimony, the one that was egging her husband on. I personally don't believe that piece of trash for one minute.

The big guy was armed with a bat and he threw it at the old guy when he got shot, after screaming that he would kill them both for like five minutes straight lol.

The red necks pulled out the guns first and pointed them at his nieces. After the dad shot him the in the chest the son shot him in the head twice with a shotgun.

no that's not self defense to shoot someone in the head after they fell to the ground from being shot in the chest. Not to mention the son order the other people to the ground with his shotgun and pointing it the the head of the shot mans bro

You can't use guns to provoke a situation then shoot someone with those guns and call it self defense.

I do because the Orange Psycho was echoing that sentiment in the confrontation video itself and the Millers did not once deny it during the entire confrontation and have not denied it since.

If your threshold for self defense is someone throwing something at you AFTER YOU'VE SHOT THEM, just lol. lmfao. No jury is going to find that to be self defense.

Anyone have a link to the Borderlands 2 edit of this? "ain't no place for a hero"

Yes, read my post, I've lived in apartments with communal dumpsters. I have never in my life seen a communal dumpster in the suburbs. I have only ever seen privately owned dumpsters in the burbs.

Yes, my threshold for self defense is a guy twice my size with a rap sheet a mile long armed with a deadly weapon screaming in my face that he's going to end my life.

why aren't they wearing shirts?

just admit you're white trash already

I don't think it's that uncommon, I live in terraced housing and there are public bins in the alley behind us

That's great that your personal experience has never included a communal dumpster, but they exist even in suburbs.

>Yes, my threshold for self defense is a guy twice my size with a rap sheet a mile long armed with a deadly weapon screaming in my face that he's going to end my life.
Cool, enjoy spending a decade or two in jail when you shoot him.

You do realize the Millers have a rapsheet too, right? It's not as long as Howard's, but they're not saints.

you realise the Millers weren't saints either?
>Before September 2018, Johnnie Miller had been charged with five crimes since November 1977 in Taylor County, ranging from aggravated assault with a deadly weapon to unlawful carrying of a weapon, according to court records. He had last been arrested in January 1979 on a charge of unlawful carrying of a weapon.
Obviously neither party is in the right here, it takes two nuts for a simple dispute like this to escalate into murder
