I work for a bank, one of the top 3 American ones. We don't outsource our labor anywhere except one branch that we maintain in the Philippines.

When we opened the branch, corporate was talking about the high standards that they had there. They couldn't even open a bank account with us, and they needed a MINIMUM of a bachelor's degree just to be a phone representative. The branch would have built-in condos so they wouldn't need to commute but spend their lives working at the bank.

We all saw the writing on the wall. You only open a center in non-America because you can pay them shit and accept lower standards. And that's what's happened. Since the Mckinley branch opened in the Philippines, my entire life is just correcting their problems constantly. The most incompetent fucking retards I've ever had the displeasure of being forced to work with. And these are the cream of their crop, the well-educated ones.

You cannot tame the Filipino. Outside basic manual labor, they have nigger intelligence and the LAST thing you ever want to do is let them touch peoples' financials. Ever had your transfer sent to the wrong account? Your debit card shut off for seemingly no reason? A deposit suddenly having a week long hold? Chances are a stupid fucking flip touched your account.
