I also thought they sent out high pitched frequencies only geniuses could hear. I could hear it but they never contacted me to confirm

I'm not mentally ill at all though. Totally normal. But still think I'm being watched and sometimes do things for the audience and reel guilty when I fap to weird stuff

Sometimes I think that things like depression, schizophrenia, autism etc. aren't real and it's all just shit parenting.

I mean technically we all are being monitored all the time. It's just a matter of if there's actually anyone or anything interpreting any of that data. AIs and stuff, probably. Actual people, unlikely. I wonder how schizos freaked out about those kind of delusions before they were actually true, though. Before radios and stuff, they probably believed the suns rays were transmitting information to the lizard people or whatever.

I rarely leave the house. If I do I become obsessed that people are following me or stalking me. When I'm indoors and on my own, I'm usually fine.

I went to check the ac pipe yesterday and there was a big pile of dirt blocking it. It looks like someone literally took a pile of dirt from some place else and dropped it on the pipe. I thought it might have been an anthill but it wasn't. I unironically think it was cia.

I had something like a schizo episode for a week when I was a teenager and was terrified that men in suits were watching me all the time and going to kill me. For a few weeks I was also afraid that all of my food may have been poisoned. It went away and never came back again, I hope.

I was convinced my ex was monitoring my computer activity so I'd constantly slander her online and look up shit I knew she'd hate to see if she mentioned it. Results were inconclusive because she was insecure as shit anyway but I'll continue thinking I owned her.
