Is there a film about Reddit? There is one about Facebook, it's called the Social Network by David Fincher, and it's pretty good though it's not faithtful to reality and isn't to be taken as a documentary.
Is there anything about Reddit?
Additionally, I was a in thread where OP was saying that Yas Forums is essentially a safe zone for autists and dysfunctional people, do you think this is true? I've thought about it and I think OP may have been right. What do you think?
So maybe you don't have autism but terrible parents.
Evan Bell
Do you like Yas Forums because it feels like a hugbox to you compared to harsher places like Reddit, where you get treated according to your own behaviour?
Leo Campbell
ya its called baby driver

Hello guys! This is my first time posting on 4cha. I figured this would be a good place to start. I heard of you on Reddit, and decided it might be worth a shot, as you guys are paragons of free speech and individual responsibility, and this is all I am all about. I was told not to use paragraphs here, as you are not intellectuals and you dislike it. I was also told you dislike Reddit because you think it's mostly for homosexual people. Well, I have to say I am not a homosexual myself, though I miss writing in paragraphs, as it makes one's meaning clearer, but when in Rome, do as Romans do, even if they fuck each other in the ass. So, anons, teach me the cool hip words I must know to fit in!
Adrian Rodriguez
Hiya Newfriend! When you want to upvote a post reply based and when you want to downvote it reply cringe!
Benjamin Brown
Facebook had a significant impact on technology and culture an interesting story. Reddit doesn't. Maybe there could be a movie about that Aaron Swartz kid killing himself but that's about it
Christian Clark
Why are 4chancels so obsessed with Reddit? Is it in fact jealously or am I being too uncensored for Yas Forums?
Nicholas Harris
>I was told not to use paragraphs here, as you are not intellectuals and you dislike it. >Though I miss writing in paragraphs I'll choose to believe you're a troll whose never been to reddit so doesn't understand reddit spacing
Luis Rodriguez
I'll let you in on a slick posting secret. Say nigger and you are 66% less likely to be accused of being reddit.
Chase Cox
>Additionally, I was a in thread where OP was saying that Yas Forums is essentially a safe zone for autists and dysfunctional people, do you think this is true?
Absolutely. The lack of accountability for what you post is the addicting factor that keeps a lot of us who are completely socially dysfunctional coming here. Reddit is just as bad for the same reasons and even worse for different reasons.

yes
Charles Parker
I like Yas Forums because it makes me feel better about myself. This place almost seems satirical.
Christopher Turner
>The lack of accountability for what you post is the addicting factor that keeps a lot of (redditors) coming here Just saying, reddit (You) addiction is responsible for probably half of the useless threads daily

Denial, desperately trying to have their own identity despite being one as anonymous, superiority complex, that's what I get from here.
Logan Foster
This was promoted on the top of this site for a few weeks some time ago, here's the full thing on youtube youtube.com/watch?v=9vz06QO3UkQ I've heard it's actually a fantastic doc, and the focus isn't on reddit or "reddit culture" itself but on how this guy was a borderline genius who was deeply invested in issues like privacy and security (reddit was open source until a few years ago), but whose mental issues ended up killing him. Despite knowing it for years, I've put off watching it, I'll try again today though

Non-meme answer: Your post on Yas Forums stands for itself. It isn't because you are a well-liked member that you get a pass. It doesn't matter how good or shitty your previous posts were. It's an ad hominem-free environment. So, you never get an "yeah, but you..." here. The only things you have about the other poster is what you project.
Now proceed to ignore this fucking post because we all know you are a baiting faggot.
Ebin, my newfriend! Getting all these (you)s from pasta. Simply ebin.
Yeah I definitely wish I could be cringier and be an autist who looked thru people's post histories in an utterly moronic attempt to try to discredit them.
Juan Lopez
There are series that have Yas Forums in them and Yas Forums has zero impact on anything, that's not an argument. Celebrities go on Reddit, though, and they don't come here.
Reddit spacing no longer applies. Uneducated anons here think any paragraph use is "Reddit spacing", because they have literally never read a book. Reddit spacing was two linebreaks in a row, but this is useless here. People here break lines to form paragraphs, which is normal. Don't fall for the mental illness about Reddit.
That's exactly what I meant. It's a vicious cycle of newfags and newfags that think they belong on Yas Forums. >user makes post with paragraph breaks instead of every line spaced >some newfag calls it "reddit spacing" >the other newfags thinks paragraph are "reddit spacing"
It's sort of like how Brap posting was ironic at first and now we get 15 brap threads a day
Grayson Adams
what does it say about a person who accuses others of reddit spacing?
At least Reddit has the balls to admit that people want interaction, attention, responses, and being appreciated for their opinion. Here, everyone pretends they don't need anybody, yet the thirst for yooze is intense, and the one time we had likes here, everyone went nuts for them and everyone had a great time and wish we'd keep them.
Anons here are scared of being rejected, that's why they cannot into Reddit.
Xavier Kelly
Cringe.
Nicholas Adams
it means they're a polfag and you can discard their opinion. it's never about the "spacing" it's about the content of the post
Connor Parker
What does that mean? Is it a famous meme? Is this my first meme??? Amazing!
How do I "lurk" more? Assuming you suffer from dylsexia. Not a cool thing to have, user, I feel for you.
Based!
Jaxon Gomez
We're talking about a film based entirely on a website in a manner similar to the Social Network. What the fuck does celebrities on reddit have to do with anything? Why am I even responding to you? Stop posting stupid shit.
William Clark
>It's an ad hominem-free environment. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Anons will literally imagine who you are based on 4 words. Don't believe this user, this is a shit hole and you won't stay long.
Zachary Morgan
Nice poem you retard.
And yes that ZOMG guy needs to go back to Gaia
Brayden Ramirez
I've used this mindset to justify me being here instead of there, but I don't think it's accurate. This place simply presents less consequence for speaking what's on your mind, and I guess you can argue that it's an easier interface. But not everyone wants to be bombarded with black pills all day long.
Jack Thomas
This is exactly what you do to tripfags.
Gavin Richardson
I hate to do this, but your well-written post only warrants the reply "projection"

Translated to real life, this is this:
>fun, cool user makes a joke >everybody laughs >socially inept autist sees this >thinks that one joke will trigger this reaction every time >because autism >because patterns on a simplistic level
Now your autist will say the same fucking joke every time he can because he expects the same reaction to it. Cue literally every meme done to death on this site.
