Is there any? Even the biggest autists like Elliot in Mr. Robot get laid with hotties and maintain some semblance of relationships. There's a bunch of movies with Chads going through a rough couple of months, or "losers" that turn into Chads the second the actual plots hit.The closest thing I've seen is the Nordic movie Virgin Mountain(2015).

There is another movie that i don't remember the name of (it's an israeli movie i think? It got an american remake iirc) about an 18 year old virgin with very few friends. He falls in love with this new girl who is a transfer student in school or something, also 18. He simps for her, and she kinda leads him on. But then she starts sleeping with the main characters best "friend" behind his back without telling him. She gets pregnant, and the main character finds out about the affair. He forgives her, pays for her abortion and is there for her throughout the entire ordeal, and they even kiss. The "friend" ditched the girl when she said she was pregnant. The movie ends with the MC going to a school party(?) with a gift in hand for the girl, but catches his best friend and the girl making out in the kitchen. Heartbroken, the MC storms out of the building, and drives home while crying.
Depressing movie overall. Wish i could remember what it's called.

What do you mean? It's just easier to set up a plot, where there's friends, lovers to make it more flexible. But there's nothing boring about inserting a loser in the typical "Just a regular dude, hehe, then something amazing happens and he goes on an adventure". You legit just take the random supermodel that's into him out of the equation.
And with horror, it's barely been explored. Especially with movies where it's mostly a singular person having to overcome a monster. Why does it matter if it's a recently divorced Chad or a 30 year old robot dealing with a flesh eating monster. At least the robot would be easier to write into making selfish and retarded
