I'll take Robert Rodriguez movies for two hundred.

Pearl Harbor

I don't know who that is

Event Horizon.
It goes from being a creepy horror movie to be being a schlocky, shitty action movie.

Spy Kids

Cabin in the Woods

Literally from dusk till dawn, can't belive nobody mentioned it yet

i've never been so pleasantly surprised by a movie as this. i was expecting generic disaster mission schlock, it was anything but

>half way through
No
>until the end
No
Try again you fucking mong

War for the Planet of the Apes. God it still pisses me off how the movie switches genres to Slapstick Comedy so they can get out of an impossible situation at the 3/4 mark.

This.

>nobody has posted the single biggest offender yet
I still liked it though.

10 cloverfield lane. that 3rd act came out of fucking nowhere

Came here to post this. I passed this movie up when it came out in theaters because it looked like a generic horror movie. If I really thought about it, I would have thought it was SO generic that there had to be some mistake made. Indeed there was: mine. I saw the movie later on and realized it was a better version of Scary Movie.

Sorry to bother you does this but like 3 times during the film

he did

Hell yeah

The Place Beyond the Pines feels like 2 movies in 1

Pontypool, kind of.

Wasted potential the flick

my bad im retarded

gotta say i loved the "what the fuck" when the movie was just on the cusp of completely changing and you weren't sure what it was going to mean for the characters. Would love some more movies with this feel.

White Tiger

Riddick

why do americans so freely adopt niggers' speech, even the racist ones?
"my bad". Think about how that actually sounds coming out of your mouth

the obvious example I can think of is the Tarantino flick that turned into a vampire movie half way thru.... From Dusk til Dawn

>Kinopool
Good taste
Also One Cut of the Dead
First half is an awful horror movie, second half is cute family comedy/drama.

final act ruined the movie

bakino

Not a movie but season 2 change to the tone real quick.

Sunshine

The whole movie was like that for me. The poster makes it look like a horror so I was confused that the first half is basically a comedy then the stairs people get introduced and I was confused again.

Decent little film, overrated but good.

This is genuinely one of the worst films I've ever watched. Has the budget of a single episode of a Hallmark Original TV series and has possibly the worst acting I've ever seen especially from Franco holy shit.

I liked this movie but I was so fucking pissed off that the trailers completely spoiled the twist.

Bone Tomahawk
