1 is the best. The build up to that first shoot-out in the house is legitimately great stuff.

3 > 1 > 2

1 > 2 > 3

3 is the worst by far. That entire Halle Berry segment was horrible.

The original John Wick was a decent action flick tying good choreography to a solid emotional story core. The sequels are mindless action movie violence porn for mass audiences who don't know that films like The Raid exist.

sequels and then even subsequent sequels are sad because it seriously waters down the original. John Wick is a prime example. The first John Wick has such less impact for me now

i didn't like the second film at all. the third one was saved by the dog scenes though

1, 3, 2. 2 isn't bad but 3 fully embraced being stupid in the best way.

2 is just too fucking stupid and i hate this universe where every other guy on the street is secretly an elite assassin working for all powerful assassin organization. i liked 3 for some superb shots and choreography but i cant turn my brain off to this stupidity

yea same here. few people in film industry have the balls to not milk their show/franchise further after the original does well. In a similar way I ignore every terminator after the second one, I ignore every pirates of the carribean after the first one
