>ATF agent leaks the raid to a reporter, hoping to get publicity/fame for perpwalking Koresh out of the compound
>Reporter gets lost, asks for directions and ends up accidentally telling Koresh's brother in law about the raid who tells Koresh
>Instead of perpwalking Koresh the elite tacticool ATF squad gets BTFO by a bunch of redneck cultists - and it's caught on camera as well
/Waco/
why are there all of a sudden Waco threads every day now?
It's been a few years
its number 4 on netflix
PROTIP: American alphabet agencies ARE evil.
>shoot first
>they shoot back
>o shit
>burn them to death
>pin it on them
>Decide to raid despite them knowing you're coming
Is the ATF the most JUSTed agency of them all?
what does this mean? current ranking? why would this be the case years after it's release?
If Koresh had given himself when he said he would up those kids would still be alive and McVeigh wouldn’t have bombed that building. Fuck cult leaders.
I'm doing my last undergraduate paper ever on the militarization of domestic intelligence agencies. WACO, Ruby Ridge, and the Elian Gonzalez extraction are incredible examples of federal agencies trying to justify their existence in the wake of dwindling budgets. 9/11 basically made the money printer go BRRRRR for FBI/ATF/DEA/ICE, and rather than getting better at religious confrontation these FBI niggas are out actively making terrorist cells just to bust them for the PR op.
If the atf hadn't decided to do a big flashy raid over a couple hundred bucks in alleged tax violations to gin up more funding, all of those people would still be alive too.
