Just rewatched this a month ago and was very surprised to see a lot of new scenes I didn't recognized. Apparently I had the Disney edit VHS growing up and the original cut had a lot more adult-ish scenes removed. Grandpa straight up killing henchmen in the climax for example. It was very surprising
