Is this the best fight in anime history?

Why is Aang so weak, was getting his ass kicked before the avatar state. He mastered 3 elements and his firebending is heightened by the comet, he should be dominating.

>18 million

>anime

Aang only mastered one(Air), was good at another (water), and was mediocre at the last two (Earth, Fire). him being stronger with firebending is irrelevant because he wasn't good at it either. He didn't actually learn many techniques nor did he spend much time training it.

He was trying to avoid killing the fire lord.
They literally explained this through out the final season.
The past avatars were telling him it needed to be done but he found a way to take away his bending instead.

OP's was added last month.

I swear he only mastered Air. IIRC he wanted to wait like a year before fighting him again but couldn't afford to.

You miss the part where he has the option to kill Ozai but doesn’t?
And as other user’s mentioned, he only really mastered airbending. The bending he’s least proficient in is being magnified, while Ozai is perhaps the greatest firebender in the world.

Also, on a personal note, I think Aang would be better off just not knowing Earthbending. Whenever he breaks out Earth and tries to block, he gets fucked.

still annoyed by the energy bending asspull at the end

The Netflix adaptation will NEVER be as good as this

"""""anime"""""

Cope

>basing quality off of viewership
anyways the best fight is Sendo vs Ippo 2

Well he is the Avatar so sort of has to master all four elements

kino incoming

Blood bending is fucking broken.

Most of these views are bots, mate.

>went up almost 2 million in 10 days
See you in a few weeks, huntercuck.

kino

that's why it's outlawed

I watched it last week and then ended up watching rewatching the entire series

again
for the 6th time

>that general who said they could win in season 1 if they could just harness the avatar state was totally right

The avatar state is a retard which is why he got fried by azula at the end of s2

The means may have been added at the last minute, but he spent many episodes trying to figure out how not to kill Ozai. That he chose not so is hardly a surprise.

you can't really control your avatar state before opening your chakras and mastering the 4 elements

This is the gayest thing I've seen. What the fuck is that outfit?

it's like you skipped all of Season 2, 3, and 4 besides the last 10 minutes of the last episode of Season 4

>Aang is holding back because he doesn’t want to kill Ozai
>Ozai is also the fucking Firelord and insanely powerful even without the comet

what are those deviantart characters

>Firelord
THE PHOENIX KING kek. That's when I realized Oh he's just crazy.

It really is kino, Aang is not only fighting the fire lord but he’s fighting his own principles too.

not even close

Aang did none of those by the end of the series, so his point still stands.

aang should've fucked azula and make her give born to air bending babies

the complete humilation of ozai, his own daughter restauring the air nation, couldn't be more cucked than that

no because it's not anime

He was only a master of Air
Ozai was the most powerful Firebender at the time and probably one of the most powerful in history
Aang still didn't have full control of the avatar state at the start of the fight
Aang didn't want to kill Ozai

Ozai would be the first to rape her he didn't give a shit about his kids.

This was the most lackluster fight in the entire first season. I expectced so much more after the bar they set.

I actually don’t mind the energy bending, it’s just the very convenient rock that bugs me.

I wouldn't go that far but its definitely up there

iirc the concept of energybending had been created as an avatar only bending technique very early on in the series

in the live action netflix adaptation they should have azula forcibly humiliate and rape a servant of hers played by me

he opened them during the fight with ozai

I mean this animation wise, story wise it's pretty solid, and far excees Korra's efforts
