Bojack Horseman tries to balance comedy and drama in an ineffective way. Its characters abruptly become dumb if the creators want to make a joke. In regards to the drama, it became exhausting because you know Bojack will never be happy. Family Guy is the superior show because it knows what it wants to be.

Then the next thing you know you're suddenly playing defensive for Rick and Morty. EVERY fucking time you bring the show up some mouthbreathing dipshit HAS to bring up "LE RICK AND MORTY HIGH IQ" and then suddenly YOU look like a sperg because you have to play defense for a cartoon that nobody likes anymore because meme culture dictated it's suddenly bad.
