How come they never show the Vietnam war from the winners' perspective?
How come they never show the Vietnam war from the winners' perspective?
Nobody wants to watch non humans as the main character
Counting beans at some arms dealer's office for trans-Atlantic spook interests -- no thanks
>t.
Is Vietnam communist?
No.
Therefore America won.
FUCKA YOU GI. FUCKA YOU GI
GI GO HOME
YOU GO HOME IN BODY BAG
NANGAO NANGAO NANGAO
mutts are sore losers
The governments of the world don't want people to think that an armed civilian uprising can actually work. They need to push the lie that it's impossible to defeat your government, they have tanks and jets.
Obviously the Viet Cong were backed by the army but statistically speaking the Americans and South steamrolled the army but got out-attritioned by the VC.
we lost less people
therefore we won
t. germany
Because the US doesn't want to admit they got owned by a bunch of rice farmers
>he thinks Uncle Ho was fighting for communism
Is Vietnam independet? Yes. Is the South independent? No. Is the party still in charge? Yes.
Yanks eternally btfo.
This. Communism was a means to an end for an independent Vietnam.
usa BTFO!
There's literally McDonalds and Starbucks in Hanoi now
NVA didn't win the war military wise. For christ sake it the KDR was 10 bugmen for every 1 american.
>Vietnam War
>armed civilian uprising
Absolutely delusional tankie
open a fucking book
There isn't because viets cant into kino, and because nobody has the balls or the insight to do it properly.
As this thread, and pretty much every thread about Vietham in this shitty board ever, not only do almost no one understand anything about the war from the viet perspective, they quite literally refuse to do it.
Only if you conveniently forget to take the ARVN losses into account, as usual
The north losses are still appalling in comparison, but fucking burgers acting like they were the only ones fighting the commies is always retarded.
But they did win the war.
America lost.
It's ok to lose, America has not won a single conflict since the civil war.
Hm that's like 10 years ago. Textile industries have moved elsewhere.
I bet you're the kind of person that calls Afghanistan a "war".
>hurrr they didn't play fair
look it't not our problem that your impotent gradfathers didn't produce enough soldiers. probably because they busy being fat at McDonalds.
>Gulf War
>Kosovo
>Invasion of Iraq
Just off the top of my head
Not him hut america did lose, it entered a conflict with the objective to defend the existence of the republic of south vietnam, then they signed an agreement to withdraw their troops, then the republic of south vietnam fell
It's called a defeat
>global WAR on terrorism
>Iraq WAR
>WAR in Afghanistan
hmmm
>Iraq
>won
lmao the delusion
I hate communists but nice try
>How come they never show the Vietnam war from the winners' perspective?
Good for you, you're still delusional to consider Vietnam as as armed civilian uprising tho
A pyrrhic victory isn't a real victory you insectoids. Also we "lost" the war because nobody cared anymore.
Civilian terms for Operation Enduring Freedom. A global counter-terror operation.
Only the invasion of Iraq was a war. The subsequent occupation was, well, an occupation. The war ended the day Saddam's army surrendered. It then became a COIN operation.
When did the Iraqi Army repel the Americans then? I'm pretty sure the US was running the country after 3 weeks of war.
These threads are always full of retards who don't know what a war is. It's the most common misuse of a definition so people can try and make their point sound bolder than it actually is. A war is sovereign countries engaging in military conflict with each other. If the US went to war against Vietnam they would have obliterated the country in about a month. Politically it was obviously a totally different story. They totally lost the political and ideological battle in Vietnam.
Because winners don't need films to try and convince the world they're the best.
No one was really the winner in that war desu. After America pulled out and it became a brutal civil war between the North and the South. They were slaughtering their own people because lunatic communists weren't satisfied with 2 independent states, and now instead of becoming a powerful economic center like Singapore or HK the "victory" over their fellow brothers leaves them as a backwater shithole ran by communist dictators.
But you know clap I guess because Americans lost. So much victory.
Because then people would see that they lost millions of people dying like retards all the time.
We beat the shit out of the Iraqis it wasn't even close what are you talking about user
