The Venture Bros. is the best there by a huge margin.
Aqua Teen and Sea Lab have some very funny moments but they're kinda memes. They are both "low quality" shows.
Boondocks is very high quality and funny and was made by a Based Nigger.
Therefore, it's a contest between Aqua Teen and Sea Lab. I'm biased towards Aqua Teen.
