It's endearing but annoying as hell, because in this overly polite country everyone feels the need to be the last one to say bye or thanks or whatever,

>couple get disturbed during sex
>guy pulls his pants up
>no obvious boner
>guy leaves a voice mail
>doesn't get performance anxiety, stumble over his words and struggle with the act of speaking into a void
