The only reason I ever tried Gyros was because of the kino way the furry merchant in Quest for Glory 5 described them. Nothing has ever quite lived up to it but they're breddy good.

Never had a gyro. No way it is superior to this.

It's sort of unique to describe. The best ones have warm, thick, freshly cooked pita bread, tomato and Greek-flavored white sauce but what's really distinct is the meat which is a lamb-beef mix that's sliced off this spinning cooking cylinder and is juicy but crisply cooked at on the outside. One of my favorite tastes ever.
