I tried to watch it once and was disinterested the entire time. Turned it off halfway through. Tried way too hard to be funny and failed it. All the “jokes” just seemed to be “dude swear words XD”. I might try it again in the future but I doubt it

I like how so many of the jokes are set up far in advance. The ad, "don't say 'and stuff'", John Boy from the Waltons, ankle gun- all set up in previous scenes.

Lots of the jokes don't land at all, should have focused on the slapstick stuff, that worked better than anything else
Also tonally really fucking weird, you could watch it for ten minutes and think it was a fairly lighthearted comedy and then get smacked with some really dark shit, and black comedy done well is great but a lot of it just came off as unpleasant, trying way too hard

Pretty good movie. The characters had good chemistry and the humor was good. The "little girl says swear" jokes were pretty hack though. Also the pacing was a bit odd, it felt like the movie was winding down to its end and then suddenly there was a whole new act with a bunch of action. But my memory is hazy.
