In the documentary Room 237 a bunch of actual crazy people are interviewed about what Kubrick was trying to say in the shining. Once scene is some perv analyzing this scene that the hotel is full of gay rapist ghosts and that all the characters are also gay rapists and that that tray of paper pointing out of his pants was intended to look like an erect dick and its is undeniable proof.
