A lot of people are going to trash you for expressing an emotion other than bored indifference,but you're completely right. The internet's been on a sharp downward spiral since ~2007. Probably longer than that, but that's when I noticed. The internet used to be a wild west boomtown with an average IQ higher than that of the general public. Now it's a corporate knitting circle with the intellect of tumblr, the attention span of twitter, and the social mores of reddit. The experiment is over.
