How do you define your ratings on a 1 to 10 scale?

10 good 1 bad

1 One of the worst ever made, active hatred towards it
2 Dogshit but I don't necessarily hate it
3 Very bad movie with a few things going for it
4 below average the bad slightly outweighs the good
5 peak of mediocrity
6 good but ultimately unremarkable
7 very good movie that may be great at times but not throughout
8 great movie probably one of the best of the year
9 masterpiece and one of the best movies you'll see
10 could reasonably be considered the best film ever made

1/10 - Abysmal movie. This movie shouldn't exist. One of my least favorite films.

5 Average. Signs, watcher in the woods, scream

6 Decent. Heavy metal, honey I shrunk the kids, the parole officer

7. Good. Tombstone, Defendor, poltergeist

8. Great. Apocalypto, Faust, ginger snaps

9 Awesome. 28 days late, of mice and men, bubba hotep
