Twitter leftists bringing irony culture and reddit buzzwords to own the racists

Wojacks are funny and relatable unironically

All meme templates are awful, the true path is handmade reaction images that you discard if they become popular.

When genuine idiots came in mistakenly believing they were in good company.

Also trolls who are so lazy they just browse twitter until they find something stupid and post it here 900 times for (you)s.

It didn't. You just got older. The internet changed and you stayed the same. Stay jaded and pessimistic, I'll keep having fun. And yes, I do also go on Reddit and nothing you can say say or do will make me stay there, stay seething :^)

Wojack was mostly ironically used on the r9k board. He became the basic template when reddit starting taking the epic meme faces.

all those meme sucked except for coolface and rageguy. the rest got picked up by 9gag

Wojaks are literally the same as rage comics, just a different coat of paint. Now that twitter is eating them up more since the doomer and coomer, I wonder what new rage/wojak template we’re getting next?

>It did change
>It didnt change
Your post contradicts itself, baitposter

wrong, retard, 2016 elections were the turning point objectively

doomerfaggots have to stop reediting this image

>the first day
>2007
>when Yas Forums was deleted
>when Yas Forums was resurrected
>2012
>2015
>every single day

implying era best Yas Forums era prove me wrong

No it doesn't, you're just a retard. Yas Forums didn't change, it stayed the same. The same types of people who browsed it in the past browse it now. The only thing that changed was the internet culture, and you didn't change along with it. You're just a jaded and pessimistic autist stuck in the past. Stay seething.

Nope.

dilate

This and the blending of normies and irony

okay, this is epic.

fuck off zoomer

it really was
>implying
>ishygddt
>would berry

what else?

Make me. If it was 2005 I'd be here too, but it's 2020 and people are different. Too bad you never changed, but it's not unexpected. Hating change is a sign of autism after all. Stay seething, autist.

Around 2012, when Reddit seeped in and meme-spam like BANE? BANE? BANE? BANE? DUBZ! became common.
Prior to that the general attitude on Yas Forums was that you didn't spam shit or try to force memes, because that was kiddy shit that needed to stay on 9gag or at least Yas Forums. But around 2012 that attitude became the exception and not the rule as more and more Redditors started treating Yas Forums as a sort of "shitposting vacation spot" for when they weren't on Reddit. That's where the attitude of "Yas Forums isn't for serious discussion! it's for shitposting! xD" came from when it was never accepted outside of Yas Forums for Yas Forums's history up until that point.

Things only got worse as 2014 got unironic Tumblr leftists and communists to come to the site to "educate us" after MSNBC and Rock Paper Shotgun told them we were evil terrorists harassing Zoe Quinn.
Then the same shit happened again around 2016 as Tumblr and NeoGaf ramped-up the culture-war as they became terrified over Trump.

Star Wars (2015) and/or whenever Trayvon Martin got shot by that Mexican guy.

The 2013-early 2015 era was great because it was in that sweet spot of self-reflection after rage comics and the 2012 election where ironic memes could thrive. Then it went backwards with the 2016 election and we were forced to adapt multiple layers of irony instead of just one, to the point where we’ve basically arrived back where we started with rage comics (except they’re wojak edits this time).

yes it fucking did and its even more obvious on smaller boards i frequent, back in 2010-2015 Yas Forums had geniuenly fantastic discussion, people like wendler and wenning tuning in, pro rugby players, highly ranked olympic lifters and whatnot. now its a fucking cesspool of Yas Forums, lookism, and shitposting.

he's just a generic human head. you can make cartoons with different styles but wojak is a natural one that you wouldn't think twice about if you didn't recognize it.

When the stormfag Yas Forumslution started spilling over to other boards

Internet culture today is different than it was in 2010-2015. It's not because of an influx of whatever Boogeyman you want to cry about, it's because people changed and you didn't. It's because people grew up and left and the people who are now there age and replaced them are different. You never grew up, you never changed. You're just a jaded, salty, boomer. It's not my fault you're stuck on the past, maybe it's time you moved on.
