Except for Britta acting like a complete retard. They really killed her character.

The premise of the episode really set it up for greatness, absolute writing masterclass

You couldnt keep Britta a hardass for 4 seasons. Just like how Jeff had to eventually start caring about other people, britta had to have some character arc that made sense.
