Theres some horrific cartel videos online you could browse

The Mexican cartel in Breaking Bad is fucking tame compared to the real deal. Look up Los Zetas and see what those lunatics got up to.

Maybe... but I don't think so.
Probably yes.

nah they are worse,

BCS > BB
Change my mind

They only show the cartel side of Mexico aside from one part. Anyway what said

it's much worse

Watch Narcos Mexico.

do you think youll got a well thought out, nuaced answer here?

It's actually worse.

As a mexican living in one of the most dangerous cities in the country, yeah, they're just as bad or worst. Back in the Calderón years you could see bodies hanging from bridges or dead guys lying on the sidewalk on your way to school.

They are cooler, smarter, and more violent irl.

>horrific

You didn't even see the fucked up things they do to children or make children do

I just want to know if Mexico is really this dusty and yellow

Juárez?

no
it's worse

zerozerozero did a better job of showing cartel kino, but even they had to dial it back a bit.

what uh are they going to do there?

I know this sounds like a movie premise and shit, but I am curious: let's say I woke up in your city with no memory how I got that. Wearing oridinary clothes (jeans, a flannel shirt), am white (but dark hair, dark eyes, so not like Swedish white or anything) and I'm not drawing attention to myself: how scared should I be? Like will I inevitably get attacked or something for being a foreign element?

Anyone else end up more interested in the Cartel vs. Gus shit than Walter? Better Call Saul, from what I've seen, only compounds this. The drug gangs warring and shit with all the family history and blood feuds as some modern day Greek tragedy-epic war shit to it. In a different universe Walter would have been a maverick side character and fan favourite of a tv show about Gus vs. cartels rather than the protagonist.

All these shows have shown me is its set in Mexico.
FACT btw

I have a feeling they will do a Gus spinoff too.

If you only knew how bad things are

Real question is if they'll eventually do a sequel to Breaking Bad. There's a massive power vaccum in New Mexico/Mexico with Walt, the Nazi faggots, Gus, and the Mexicans all gone. They can start with a semi-clean slate.

OOF
now THATS a headache

Nah, it's actually a pretty good place to live.

I dunno but you'd at least get pusyy effortlessly

Top should say New Mexico

Kek.

Nacho will return for a sequel series set in the modern day where he takes control of the cartel while pretending to merely operate a mechanics garage

It’s called Fixing Good

If they want to do a sequel, then just have them do a separate setting with new characters. The overall idea of someone in an impossible situation being forced to do dark shit will always be kino. Just change up character relationships/motivations/story arcs

That was pretty disappointing. Is the show any good?

I haven't watch Better Call Saul but is a Nacho vs. Lalo sequel series even conceivable as a premise?
