So you had Brian Eno and Toto.
Who is doing the music now???!!!
Hans zimmer
Almost as good as Lost Highway soundtrack
Danny Elfman
FNM did a cover of the main theme back in the 80´s
here´s another one
Or one of his clones
I dunno man, I just dunno.
Yeah, ULT did a GRP of the RFS back in '99.
You fucking cunt.
>Yeah, ULT did a GRP of the RFS back in '99.
huh? english please
>generic percussive throbbing
Ugh
>generic
>can't into big brained harmony
hans zimmer is a genius and a national treasure.
copy paste copy paste copy paste
100% Paul vs Jamis scene will be accompanied by just polyrhythmic African drums
Thanks for posting that
take your meds user, how the hell do you think that passes for conversation?
Let me elucidate: Zimmer is a national treasure in the same way that the clipboard on your computer is. He is a storage receptacle for duplication.
If he does copy paste on Dune as he does on other projects he will single handedly sink the fuckin movie.
You're simply naive and don't understand the complex harmonic and rhythmic interactions in his pieces. You say all he does is copy paste, but I'm sure you couldn't duplicate his work, let alone write something better. Why is that, user?
Let me blunt here: The only saving grace in BR 2049 was the original Vangelis themes. When you strip them out what is left is goddamn afwul.
So what I know is this: Villeneuve cannot identify good music and Zimmer will with some flash and put one over on him.
So yes this thing is actually on a knife edge.
> let alone write something better.
You have absolutely no idea what I can do.
>you have absolutely no idea what I can do
Well you haven't actually done it, you won't substantiate what you can do, why should I listen to someone as chapped, belligerent and wronged as you seem to be by Hans' genius and productivity?
>Hans' genius and productivity
Well he is the man of the moment.
And he does reflect the age. Copy paste.
Thesis done. Smell ya later.
Are you so cowardly that you'd puff your own work up and not actually post any of it? Why did you even blurt out that autistic response to me to begin with, user?
>smell ya later
can smell you coming nigger
she'd be so cute without the hardware on her face
Anyone who defends Hans Zimmer knows deep down that Interstellar is his only truly great soundtrack, everything else is passable to mediocre. His "clones" actually do a better job than him most of the time, see Johann Johannson (RIP) and Benjamin Wallfisch
user, you merely don't understand the intricacies, the twists and turns, of his work. You know little about music and while you might pride yourself on 'knowing what you like,' that precisely disqualifies from speaking about someone's ability in conversation.
didn't he have like 3 weeks to do it and most of it benjamin wallfisch? i'm no zimmer fan but the weak score wasn't his fault.
