this girl appears in two nolan blockbusters and now he no longer needs her.

It was a mess of a movie then and it's a mess of a movie now. The only good thing about it is Hardy is fun to watch as Bane. Anorexic Batman, shitty Catwoman, overbloated story that drags on forever. Towards the end of the film in broad daylight there are scenes and shots where it looks like Nolan just gave up. He truly did not want to do this third film in my opinion.
