I don't really care about killing tigers. You have to put down animals some how, and a bullet is actually the most humane way to do it. If it was a cow, horse, or even a dog it would be 100% legal. It was only a problem because its a tiger and there are a bunch of bullshit laws around exotic animals that don't make sense.
