i was really put off by the lead actress based on the trailer but her character turned out to be really sweet and sympathetic in the actual movie. i was expecting to almost root for the villain but they did a really great job making you hate the guy despite him having almost no actual screen-time. actually a decent movie

the movie set up it's a domestic abuse issue with in 5mins of the movie starting. That's not about the chick being the hottest, it's about power and you can't leave me being I will not let you and so on.
