no, there is no such scene in the first book (and this movie only covers part of the first book). the closest we get to paul being put in an extremely compromising position is when he has to undergo the gom jabbar, and there won't be even the faintest hint of sexual tension/suggestiveness there (cus lets face it, you're only asking this because you want to see Timmy tied up so you can project your sexual fantasies onto the scene).
