So the movies don't make sense, even taking the first one as a stand alone it really doesn't make much sense, but altogether the series have a story that appear to be written by a 5 year old.
That doesn't bother me though. What bothers me is that a lot of people who like to sling shit at the RE movies for this are fans of the games, and the games are just as fucking stupid.
