BHA has a terrible scaling system, the premise is a quirkless character cannot be a hero, but ultimately a lot of characters are able to train themselves to superhuman levels of strength, independent of their quirks.

The worldbuilding is terrible and vague, and it is unbelievable that tech would be unable to take out a lot of these threats.

I hate this. Even Marvel doesn't do this. Yes, they coincidentally have a lot of "Peak Human" characters with powers, but they also have way more that are just normal/weak. Granted, plot armor creates all men equal so whatever.

Marvel even wrote a one-off story about Taskmaster becoming reformed and teaching young mutants/kids with powers on how to become better at crime fighting, and the main character literally has to drop out because he'll never have the physicality required to safely do the job.
