Based on pure conjecture

>based on pure conjecture
>appeals to emotion everywhere
>uses employees to represent the average audience member
>ends up creating a false narrative where everyone hated the prequels despite those movies making fuckloads of money and maintaining the franchise's popularity
Why were thes idiotic "reviews" taken so seriously? Was everyone braindead in 2009?

OP is a faggot

>thes

We hate RLM after they exposed themselves as smooth brains for their support of capeshit and TFA. They were right about the prequels, but only produced videos about that after it became a consensus opinion.

This

>Not understanding this format is not supposed to be taken seriously.
Come on dude, the way he speak, the drawing that illustrate him, his arguments.... Every thing is there to tell you this is a parody

If you legitimately liked the prequels (even RotS) and maintain it to this day you're a legit autist and deserve ridicule.

>Why aren't Finn and Rey kissing?? Is Disney racist???

Still butthurt dumb prequel apologist? Stop defending retarded cartoon b-movies.

>Why doesn't this family movie have a gay sex scene?

Plinkett sucks and having the final Picard review not be Mike and Rich complaining as themselves is a mistake.

The prequels were pretty crappy compared to the original movies. In retrospect they're not as terrible because pop culture went down the shitter.

wait when did rlm ever defend capeshit? they usually shit on most capeshit!

Agreed

>alternates between shoving toys in kids faces and a bullshit leftwing narrative in adults
>rewrites movies to sell more merch
>hires a bunch of staff so he do as little work as possible while ignoring any criticism
>ends up creating a mediocre sfx piece saved in editing by his wife that makes fuckloads of money by scamming kids and manipulating adults into thinking it's a serious franchise worth getting emotionally invested in
Why were these idiotic "movies" taken so seriously? Has everyone been braindead from 1977 to 2020?

fucking redditors forgot the prequel memes were ironic and are now shitposting this retarded crap everywhere purely to feel a part of that cancerous community

pathetic, even by 4chins standards

Mike gives mostly passive recommendations to to Marvel movies because they follow his arbitrary checklist of what a film should do.

See every single Marvel review.

Let's review some of Mike's brilliant, franchise saving ideas:
>TFA needed a gay romance between Poe and Finn
>Aquaman needed more quips and a fight at the mall
>Rogue One needed a tacked-on romantic subplot

>It's a Mike pretends to be cooler than the other nerds while complaing that Paramount didn't film the "Ensign Stoklasa Saves The Enterprise" script he sent them episide

>Why were thes idiotic "reviews" taken so seriously?
They weren't, they're just a platform for humor. The giveaway should have been the numerous times he states his dislike for things on the sole basis that they are "different".

Mike only cares about ghosts, star trek and mocking the elderly. He should not speak his mind about anything else.

>they're just a platform for humor
But they aint funny.

Their reviews treat them like a small town whore who's placed in public bondage stocks. Entertaining and fun, but nasty and off-putting at the same time.

Mike is just really big on established hollywood structure. He gets nervous and upset whenever Jay mentions something even slightly weird or non conventional. So its not a surprise when all his suggestions are just to make it more like a standard Spielberg flick.

Okay cool opinion, that doesn't change the fact that they were clearly never intended to be taken seriously.

Not at first, but it's obvious that the praise got to their heads and lead them to overestimate themselves and their opinions. They always come across as full of themselves on HITB.

I'm afraid of what he'll pull out of his ass to criticize Picard

This is a correct assessment.
I was there, man. Opening night for The Phatom Menace. It was in no way as good as it could have been, because that was cinematically impossible.
The films were exactly okay, and it took a while to absorb what had happened.
Only later could it be understood.

>We
you have to go back

Yes

Okay cool opinion, that doesn't retroactively change the tone of the reviews of the films specifically mentioned.

Why does Mr. Plinket portrayed by the gay fat one in video but in audio its the other gay fat one that makes the voice. Are they saying it takes 2 of them to make one halfway decent character?

>t. RLM

>Okay cool opinion

>SAY IT MIKE, SAY THE PREQUELS WERE GOOD....SAY IT!!!

He's right though.

>Reply with unrelated opinions to something that contained none like we're have a conversation about the subjective quality of the work
>Expect input
Okay cool opinion.

None of you will ever slay half the hard rods that Jay does
