Somebody make a torrents for these for gods sake. Thanks.

How long will the whole Dau Cinematic Universe be?

No idea. He shot shitton of footage and he made lot of films. I think even some TV shows.

thanks, did anyone ever post the new Abel?

finally watched The White Girl, a relatively recent christopher doyle film, it was comfy

Lately I have been watching Kurosawa(ran and rashomon so far). What other international directors are a must?

I don't like movies that have no plot. I like any genre except horror.

What movies have no plot according to you

You should watch more plotless horror, challenge yourself

Based and Patrick Bokanowski pilled

No, but it sucks

Kurosawa isn't arthouse... He made mainstream flicks for japs...

I meant to post this a while ago but whatever, it sucks. Go nuts

Very based. Thanks.

Any /cinema/ that is set during the Golden Age of Islam?
Or, in general, films that depict the lives of philosophers?
If not, just hit me up with some mandatory historical films - antiquity preferred.
Thanks in advance.

obligatory midnight in paris recommendation

I watch that at least once every year haha, but thanks.

Golden Age of Islam films:

Le Jeune Ahmed
Пoeзд нa Пapиж
Yunaiteddo 93
Dört Aslan

anyone have a 'poetic realism' chart

>midnight in paris recommendation
>obligatory
Woody Allen stopped making flicks worth watching in the late 80s. After 'Crimes and Misdemeanors' nothing else is worth watching.

The acting between hackman and pacino was awesome.

Hollywood Ending, Match Point, Midnight in Paris, Husbands and Wives. That's it. And none of those are essential or even great but more like "worth watching".

You have to go back.
