Mitchell and Webb I rewatch every other month. It's by far my most rewatched show. Its just so comfy and has a far higher rate of hits per miss than any other sketch show. Both shows, as well as Magicians.

Not that weird, writing a routine and performing it is very different from riffing in a group. I can think of very few comedians who are funny both on stage and in a candid setting, Bill Bailey being one, Ricky Gervais is another although he has the benefit of only having written a small handful of stand-up shows and so has been able to pick and choose from a lifetime of ideas.
