Wrong. Superman actually has a few weaknesses, is a likable character, and has his fare share of struggles. Captain Marvel doesn't have interesting qualities beyond being strong. Don't let movies fool you, Superman is pretty awesome

Movie Infinity Stones suck compared to the comic ones. In fact the Infinity Gems (the original name) didn't require a containment vessel at all. The gauntlet was practically useless, just a regular glove he used to use them all, and they did a hell of a lot more too.
Her big thing in that movie was.......getting up after being knocked down. She had an inhibitor on her neck that she thought protected her, but in reality weakened her powers. She rips it off, suddenly knows how to fly, and basically starts blowing up ships like nothing. The movie was stupid in my opinion

The stones have the power to make that change.
Tony does not have the power to withstand the force required to make that change.

If Hulk had used the stones with the goal "make Tony strong enough to withstand using the stones" then yes, Tony would then be able to use them safely.

Think of it like this: steroids will make you stronger. But you have to actually survive long enough for their effects to work on you - if you have a real shitty heart and use some steroids, you'll probably have a heart attack before they can help you.
The gauntlet is basically that on a much shorter timescale.

If Tony can survive the immediate effects there's no reason the stones can't magically rejuvenate and enhance him, hell even if he died he still made the wish so the stones would do it regardless and bring him back. The transformation isn't giving steroids, it's rewriting you on every level

Superman's weakness are kryptonite, magic,batman and whatever is convenient for the current plot but no too much and never again.

the thing I never understood about Superman is why the fuck didn't the Kryptonians all decide to go live on Earth where they could all be fucking demigods (or literal gods depending on what the writer feels like)

Couldn't bring back Black Widow cause it was a condition of her soul for the stone, nothing says it can't bring back regular dead people or make them powerful.
