>They end their review by saying that the prequels are still the worst Star Wars movies because the sequels at least had charismatic actors, well written and well developed characters and a story that made sense, didn't have plotholes and had a satisfying conclusion.

Do you agree with them?

Yes.
Prequels are fun to watch but it's not because they're good movies.

>we will never get an empire perspective movie

No.
I'm not a prequel stan but the sequel trilogy is unwatchable.
The prequels aren't as bad as they make them out to be anyways.

The Sequels are objectively a better cinematic experience.
But the story is absolute nonsensical shite.

The Prequels' story is completely mediocre but at least it's actually there.

>Charismatic actors
Ewan McGregor is better than Adam Driver, and Ian McDermott is better in the prequels
>Well developed characters
Neither trilogy has these
>Story that made sense
Kek the prequels are garbage tier but 2 doesn't retcon 1, and 3 doesn't retcon 2. The most damage control is taking out Jar Jar, other than that they're consistent
>Doesn't have plot holes
RLM were smoking crack if they said this. The prequels had plot issues, weren't good movies, and obviously weren't what a lot of fans (them included) wanted, but the sequels have plots made of swiss cheese. TFA is the best of the bunch, and it has more plot holes than all 3 prequels combined. TLJ and TROS make the prequels look as tightly written as fucking Dekalog.

I don’t recall them saying that in their review.

>They end their review by saying that the prequels are still the worst Star Wars movies
No, they end their review saying the sequels being shit doesn't somehow elevate the prequels to being non-shit and that they're both terrible trilogies.

Yes.

all worth for the saberfight at the end

None of that is correct, and how is Ewan McGreggor not charismatic?

>mediocre
>virtually every word you used

Imagine being so butthurt about some e-celebs review of a kiddie space movie that you’re still seething about it months later, to the point where you have to make up things they didn’t actually say to make yourself feel better.

>capeshit sucks all it is is cgi fights that go on way to long
>>OH MAN THAT 50 MINUTE TERRIBLE CGI FIGHT SCENE IN STAR WARS WAS AMAZING!

>prequels’ story didn’t make sense

Is “doesn’t make sense” just a buzzphrase at this point?

No but "buzzphrase" is

>didn't have plotholes and had a satisfying conclusion.
They didn’t say anything like this though.

Because it would be too factual for science fiction

i was refering to the fight with darth maul

This guy was the most BASED character in the NT

Yes and no
The prequels are still the worst but I don't think there is any real value to the sequels either.

>shit on the prequels
>get an entire trilogy that shits on the prequels
>shit on that trilogy and complain
>shit on the prequels to push the trilogy you shat on

Ohnononono

or liam neeson, or samuel l jackson, or that geez that played boba fett

Nah. They have a crazy hate boner for Lucas and the prequels. As bad as they could get, the prequels tried to do something special and can be enjoyed ironically. The sequels are tainted in about 50 million fucking ways, from KK's feminist shit, calling fans sexist assholes for not liking TLJ, and the shit they spewed through TROS.

Fuck the sequels.

ST had a more satisfying conclusion. t to be fair the PT, by its nature, isn’t supposed to have a satisfying conclusion

>> and a story that made sense
you wut mate?
At least the prequels made sense, its a 3 arc story of how anakin became darth vader. Its not good, but at least very movie is an arc.

The sequels are just random nonsense, the first one is about a new bad guy, the second one is about how that bad guy didn't really matter, the third one is that is was ANOTHER bad guy all along. COme on how that makes more sense than the prequels

>i was refering to the fight with darth maul

At least the prequels weren't soulless pieces of shit

PT was better, it had a mission statement and followed to the letter.
the ST started out as just a remake of ANH, TLJ tried in vain to give the ST it's own identity but The Coward JJ Abrams walked back on everything and ended the ST with a haphazard cluserfuck that basically trashed all of the Star Wars lore in the garbage for plot contrivances

tell me why the Seperatists are fighting using information from the movies.

tell me why the Galactic Senate doesn't believe a mid world Republic planet that a genocide is happening.

tell me why nobody investigates how all the clones look like Jango Fett or even care?

What are you trying to say?

Prequels have memorable moments.

>pod racing
>darth maul fight woth dual of fates
>colesium fight
>activate order 66

Sequels have nothing going for them except how hilariously each film shits on the previous

That's like saying human shit is better than dog shit. It's still all shit.

Cope.

if you watch it chronologically you get the warm feeling of knowing the best is yet to come

Are they shills? Did they even see tros?
