The issue isn't that he jokes about Trump, it's that there's no variation to it. Him, Kimmel, SNL, etc are all the same. Every late night show Trump joke has one of a few punchlines.

The jokes aren't funny because you see the end coming from a mile out.
They also fall flat when they try to satirize him. Even Alec Baldwin's Trump wasn't as over-the-top as the man himself.
