Sororities do, most geed girls avoid them. If you're considering joining for pussy, it comes down to what your preferences are. You're guaranteed 6/10 lays weekly (as an outsider it's fucking weird, basically organization-mandated sex) but in undergrad I knew frat guys who hated the investment so much (and were able to score easier with tender etc) that they left.

There are "date nights" every weekend where one frat and one srat (sometimes more) pair up at a function and more or less everyone gets a "date".
The night consists of bar-hopping, and sex happens probably 75% of the time, not necessarily because of pressure but because you're signing up for a glorified hookup club. Not even disparaging Greek life, a lot of my friends are in frats, but that's the unspoken reality of it.

I was in a frat throughout college, from my year only myself and one other brother are successful now. The last I actually made an effort to check in on some of the other guys they had severe pill addictions, obscene student debt, and moved back home to work a low income job. Two of those guys had several kids already as well despite being in those predicaments, and just lived in this world of drama and stress that blew me away.

First of all despite what you've apparently learned from teen rom coms, the vast majority of girls like frat guys so nobody is being forced into anything. This is especially true for the kind of girls who join sororities.
