Man I'm dumb as a brick but I feel like people here are even dumber than me.
Bittorrent is PEER TO PEER software, meaning every time you download something from it your public IP is shared to the public, as it needs to be in order for two clients to make a connection to transfer files.
No qbittorrent doesn't/can't store logs, no the feds can't seize them nor do they even have to, you're publicly broadcasting your IP as you download, what does qbittorent have use of logs for, and why would feds need to seize logs when they can just make their own as they watch IPs?
Also this site is weird because it gets 90% of stuff right but every so often there are several unrecognizable files.
So is that a case of someone using your IP as a proxy to download torrents through? (another reason why IP addresses can't be treated as people in a court of law I'm guessing, told you I was a dumbass).

if you don't make your own or know someone who can let you in on a non-commercial vpn then they are required to keep a log
