I wouldn't let a vagrant bum roam in my city. He's probably a baby killer who suffers from PTSD induced by hi repeated raping of wome and children when he wasn't busy dropping napalm on them or tripping on some drug. Who would want this trash in his city? The sheriff was nice enough to give him a free taxi drive outside the city but the bum had to come back because "muh freedom, I killed gooks at the other end of the planet so I can be a bum in America!". Fuck this guy, fuck Rambo and his pencil pusher colonel.
