What's /film/'s opinion on Bresson and his films? Also if someone here likes Lancelot du Lac, explain the appeal to me.
I have seen The Baby of Macon yesterday. It was fun. Great cinematography by Vierny. Truly the master of his craft.
Excellent filmmaker for his minimalist techniques. Au Hazard Bathazar, Diary of a Country Priest, Trial of Joan of Arc, and A Man Escaped are my favorites.
Lancelot of the Lake is one of his underrated films, next to Devil Probably, and Angels of Sin.
Where is Possessor give me the filmé
Mouchette is a masterpiece but people with no soul will disagree.

I’m not the biggest fan of Bresson but as an objective outsider I’d go:
A Man Escaped, Au Hasard Balthazar, Pickpocket, Mouchette, Four Mights of a Dreamer, L’Argent, Diary of a Country Priest
I really want to watch Devil Probably but can’t find a good source

Antonioni
A dive into the mind of a feminist and the struggle between the feminine and the animus. On a grander scale, it tells the story of death and rebirth of society, the previous one happening during the French revolution, just like the unicorn said. The advent of a new era, empowered women, is it good or bad? Only future will tell, we can only live and experience it.
Watched minnie and moskowitz and it felt completely average.
What was average about it
The screenshots show some female pink nipples, how old is the main actress?
Just watch Fighting Elegy. What do you think of Seijun "should open a noodle shop or something instead" Suzuki?
I watched House today. expected something Criterion-y because it's Criterion
instead it's a feature length Too Many Cooks
Thoughts on The Passion of Anna?
I actually like Branded To Kill least. it's definitely weird and interesting, but it drags compared to the other movies of his I've seen
What do I watch today Eros + Massacre or Uncle Bonmee?
That was the first Bergman I saw. It's pretty good, but nowhere near his best
I preferred Eros + Massacre, but they are both really good
I have only seen the one where the gangster sings and it's all colourful. What should i watch next from him?
