I recently got a gf and my life has drastically improved. I dont smoke a lot of pot anymore, I don't drink that much, I'm not that bitter, I'm not that racist anymore (although I am still aware of all the tricks (((they))) are still pulling), and I shower and work out pretty regularly. I'm glad that I found a good girl that loves me and I will blow my brains out if she leaves me :)

This is true as I sink deeper and deeper into isolation I find that I'm talking to myself, and pacing around the room playing out random situation in my head, some of them power fantasies, some of them recollections of previous painful experiences which I obsess over and think about nonstop which causes me more pain, not jist emotional pain but I actually feel physical pain in my chest & throat now. I also notice that i'm much more irritable and I have random outbursts. The worst part is that I know i'm going crazy but I can't stop it.

used to work with several guys in their 50s who never had partners or kids. the one thing i thought they had in common was a profound self interest if not downright egotism. like they were so used to never having to compromise, never having to accept another persons opinion, never having to accomodate and open up to another person. it created some deeply self centered men.
