A FILTER TO SURPASS LOTR

Can confirm

The new alien movies are the greatest Pleb Filter ever.

Exactly. Anyone who likes them is a retard who gobbles up Marvel nonsense

This. Literally every "plothole" is explainable with 1 brain cell.

explain how the sensors didnt know were the humas were then when the ship could see everything

triforce

>t. filtered probably already by the first one
that is the most obvious filter but the next lwoer level filter is the plebians who rage at the "Ill do the fingering" line and such. They aren't even approaching the sublime level of the movies.

such an important mathematical result they needed to show it on the screen and it's just 4/4 = 1.

So tell me this, why'd the crew in Covenant go to an alien planet carrying guns, so they expected life, but why not take any measures against microbial life?

>How were they able to navigate on an exoplanet without GPS?

>How did they carbondate a life form when it isn't even on fucking Earth?

>How was the star map from 5000 years ago exactly the same as the star pattern at the time of the Prometheus journey when all those stars would have moved in different directions?

>How did Damon Lindelof continue to get work after the terrible writing in this film?

I'm not even going to go into how fucking retarded the ancient aliens bullshit is and how it ruined Alien by turning it into fantasy nonsense like Star Trek.

What bugs me the most about Covenant is that these people land on a world with breathable air and plant life and no-one gives a fuck. Then they see the remains of a fucking alien civilization and no-one bats an eyelid. As if it's daily business they do all the time.

Pray tell, how the fuck could anyone anticipate a microbial species like the xenomorph? I bet your dumbass thinks that the crew watched Alien.

>microbial
>like the xenomorph
That Prometheus/Covenant fan intellect shining through again. How many times have you watched Endgame?

Who says anything about the xenomorph? What about space ebola?

t. lindelof

gotta make a new superweapon mate

The thing that annoys me about prometheus and covenant is that scott had the back story of the alien in his head from the time they made the original movie, and he talked about wanting to make it for years, but instead of the neat concept he had we got DLs mystery box bullshit.

How did people navigate before inventing GPS?

Who?

Maybe stars don't move that rapidly?

People don’t fear so ething they don’t see. Just like now, people have no idea what COVID19 is.

The first one was okay, the second one sucked.

So when you're walking around inside a buried spaceship how does your computer know where you are?

This. What makes it worse is they took one of the best things from the Alien series - the mystery of the Space Jockey being unexplained - and then explained it in the most absolutely fucking stupid way they possibly could. It was the one thing that needed no further exploration because it was perfect as it was.

Does it show the Xeno crop dusting technique?

It is 2100 year

>subtitles outside of the movie area, bringing attention to the letterbox bars
absolutely disgusting

>one pleb spotted
yep. who else?

Why didn't they send group of androids there first?

Then there wouldn't be a movie :^)

I think it is so beautiful when the Engineer realizes that humans developed a love for music inherently given to them by the Engineers, being their creators who used music in much more interesting ways

I feel like after seeing their art he just wanted to learn about her because he just stared at her curiously when he found her then she ran off then he tried to pull her back to try and get her to stop.

Then she pissed him off by hacking him with an axe, that's when he wanted to kill her
