Nah, an actual rural person would know that we have a special harness that we put the milk cow's head in specifically so it has to stand still and can't toss its head around while it's being milked.
This was back in the days before automated milking machines, of course. Point is, at no time has the author of OP's image ever seen a cow being milked in person, much less milked one himself.
