Platoon is about one particular platoon of troops & Hamburger Hill is about the historical battle of Hamburger Hill.

Boring film, dreadful ending after building it up so much

I really dont like Platoon at all. That song keeps coming up throughout the movie, comes across as desperate to make the movie seem as epic as possible

And this is not a joke post, the titles are pretty much what you get with them.
